The Experience

• A structured six-week coaching experience with weekly 1:1 virtual sessions designed to support deep reflection, meaningful alignment, and intentional forward movement
• A guided process to clarify your values, name what is out of alignment, and define what living on your own terms requires in this season
• A dedicated space for honest dialogue, strategic thinking, and decisions rooted in your truth rather than shaped by the expectations of others
• Tools and frameworks for decision-making, boundary setting, and building momentum in ways that expand your capacity rather than deplete it
• Ongoing development of the mental, emotional, and practical capacity required to build a life rooted in your values, aligned with your vision, and strong enough to carry the legacy you are creating
• A personalized strategy that translates your values, priorities, and vision into a path you can move forward with clarity and intention

MINISTRY BY DESIGN

A focused coaching experience for Black women in ministry who have carried the weight of leadership in spaces that have not always honored their humanity and are committed to leading and serving without losing themselves in the process.

• A focused six week virtual coaching experience to help you navigate ministry leadership without shrinking, overextending, or losing yourself in the process
• A guided process to examine where your leadership, formation, and lived experience are in tension and what that tension is asking of you
• Dedicated space to wrestle honestly with your calling in systems that may not fully affirm or make room for who you are
• Tools and frameworks for decision-making, boundary setting, and leadership grounded in your values rather than driven by pressure or performance
• Ongoing development of the mental, emotional, and spiritual capacity to lead and serve without depletion or self-erasure
• Support in reclaiming your voice, authority, and way of leading in spaces that have minimized or resisted it
• Clear, actionable next steps to move forward with clarity, conviction, and alignment in your leadership
