Her academic foundation—a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, a Master of Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development from the University of Georgia—reflects both the depth and range of her leadership across complex professional landscapes.

As Founder and CEO of Audacity Collective, LLC, Alina has created a culturally grounded coaching and empowerment platform specifically for Black women navigating the intersections of professional advancement, social impact, and personal development.
