Alina Bowie

Alina Bowie is a strategist, systems thinker, speaker, and trusted advisor with over 20 years of professional experience. Her career spans accounting, spiritual formation, and organizational development, with a proven track record of supporting executives, nonprofit leaders, and higher education institutions in navigating complexity. With advanced training in accounting, theology, and adult learning, leadership, and organization development, she brings intellectual rigor, strategic acuity, and multidisciplinary insight to every space she enters.

As Founder and CEO of Audacity Collective, Alina leads a paradigm-shifting consulting practice dedicated to helping Black women move beyond survival and redefine success on their own terms. Her work is grounded in a bold reframing of wealth and legacy, not just as financial outcomes, but as embodied impact, meaningful influence, and intentional living that outlasts the moment.

Alina’s approach doesn’t ask clients to fight broken systems. Her approach helps them outgrow them. It's not about performance, it’s about capacity. Through sharp strategy, cultural insight, and radical alignment, she helps Black women make decisions that build generational transformation.

Her clients range from healthcare professionals, nonprofit leaders, and corporate executives to mission-driven entrepreneurs, educators, and civic changemakers shaping culture, policy, and community.

Whether through coaching, speaking, consulting, immersive workshops, or collective learning spaces, Alina equips Black women to lead with intention, live without compromise, and build the kind of legacy that shifts what success looks like for themselves and for those who follow.
